TRIPS AND THAT THURSDAY

The first trip day of second session was a success!  Trip day started off early with the Seneca's departing for their week in California. The boys look forward to this trip all summer so they woke up at 5AM with ease.

The Lower Seniors also had an early morning departure of 8:30am, as they ventured off to the Berkshire East Mountain Resort to play at the Arial Park, Zipline-Canopy Tour & Thunder Coaster. Navajos adventured on the Arial Park, while the Cheyennes Zip-lined, both enjoyed the Thunder Coaster! They all had a great time!

Next to depart this morning, the Juniors! Off to the Connecticut Science Museum they went, exploring the awesome exhibits and learning new fun facts. They also watched a IMAX science movie. They all came home with great stories and super cool souvenirs!

The remaining Upper Seniors left camp next, the Algonquins geared up for Capital Combat Paintball while the Cherokees prepared themselves for some Alpine Sledding at Jiminy Peak. Both groups stopped for an ice cream treat before returning back to camp.

The entire camp returned to camp with smiling faces after taking advantage of the final all camp day trip of Summer 2019. Next week, our Navajo's, Cheyennes, Cherokee's and Algonquin pack up and head out for their Overnight Trips, while the Junior prepare themselves for some crazy TJC special events. Tomorrow, we return back to normal program day - lucky us the weather says 83 degrees and sunny!
