The kids dove right into working on skills in their chosen program areas.

The counselors have already noticed some promising basketball and baseball players.

During rest hour, the counselors and bunk moms led the kids through fun indoor games like checkers, Connect Four and chess.  And good news- many of the boys already wrote letters home!

The major activity of the day was for the campers to display their abilities across a variety of skills so the Senecas could evaluate teams for the Founders Cup draft.

Sports like basketball, soccer, football and volleyball were taken into account while additional skills such as playing cards, Frolf and Trampball were appraised as well.

The boys also tried to get through an obstacle course as fast as possible.

One favorite element of the draft are the interviews. Senecas ask a variety of questions to get to know each camper and determine who is the best fit for their teams. Very serious stuff...

TJCs enjoyed a Treasure Hunt Relay, during which they competed in games with their bunk.  They had to avoid the 'lava floor' and solve puzzles in order to win prizes.
