Today was the last day of camp and we can't believe another summer has come and gone.

Everyone spent the day packing, hugging their buddies, making plans to stay in touch, and squeezing the final ounces of summer 2026 out of Camp MKN.

​It is, of course, a particularly hard day and night for the Senecas, who know these are their final moments as MKN campers.

We had a dance party at dinner, of course, which was followed by our final huddle and closing ceremonies.

During closing ceremonies, we gave Legacy gifts to returning campers - three year campers get MKN shorts, five year get a windbreaker and eight year get a varsity jacket.

We lit candles and ended the summer in the same way we began - full of warmth, light, and love for our home away from home.
