The heat wave hitting most of the country has arrived in Lenox, but luckily, we have a beautiful lake and multiple pools to stay cool in!
We started the day with our SCOPE Marathon. SCOPE is a wonderful organization that provides children from under-resourced communities access to ACA-accredited overnight camps. MKN partners with SCOPE every year and the funds we raise help kids build confidence, friendships, independence, and skills.
Its also great for our campers to see the importance of giving back, and we love how enthusiastic they are about doing something for a good cause!
If you haven't already please support SCOPE using MKN's special link.
The rest of the day we tried to stay cool with lots of pool and lake time. TJC played a Grit Ninja Event on Upper Field and USR prepared for their trip to Boston.
Evening activity was a World Cup viewing! We all got to watch USA beat Bosnia 2-0 and continue in the tournament.
