THE NEWS
Our first day of regular activities was a huge success!
Campers received their first daily program, which consists of five periods, which alternates each day, then resets every week. So the boys have endless opportunities to find their favorite activities and try something new!
At the waterfront, the kids spent time fishing, boating, paddle boarding, and playing on the "Slide and Swim"- our large blow ups scattered across our lake, Stockbridge Bowl.
On land, boys played Watermelon (a wall ball game you'll see a lot of throughout the summer), tennis, golf, soccer, and various sports and games.
For evening activity, our TJCs played Glow in the Dark Dodgeball. The USRs separated by age - Mohicans played One Pitch, Navajo played Thinggy Mambob, and Cheyenne played Get to know your Counselor
Meanwhile, USR had it out with a rowdy tournament of Ultimate Frisbee.
-
Breakfast - French Toast sticks, eggs, sausages.
-
Lunch - Grilled and breaded chicken sandwiches with coleslaw and fries.
-
Dinner- Baked ziti pasta, cheese-filled pasta shells, steamed vegetables.
TJC - Luke Murray for being honest in Gaga.
LSR - Sawyer Mann for sharing his golf clubs.
USR - Max Levin, who crushed his second try at the swim test.
Nathan Ding - who went morning mountain biking and taught his peers.
